GOLDEN TAMARAW EMPOWERED AND RESPONSIVE WELFAREVILLE CORPORATION

To attain its objective of catering to the need of those who have none. the general policies are adopted.

1. This corporation shall be strictly a non-profit organization.

2. This corporation shall cater to the most deprived of the citizenry of the Philippines without regard to one religion, political ethnics and other affiliation. 

3. This corporation shall endeavor to provide the same kind of services to all regions of the Philippines.

4. This corporation in selecting employees for each services shall hire only those who are qualified. 

5.This corporation shall adopt a CODE OF ETHICS for its beneficiaries, employees and clienteles, which shall be strictly enforced.

6.This corporation shall monitor all donations receive both in cash and in kind of donors and its disbursement.

7.This corporation shall adopt a system by which every beneficiaries and employees shall be audited for all that they received in trust for distribution to the beneficiaries of the program.

8. This corporation shall adopt system by which the effectiveness of the program shall gazed.

9. This corporation shall endeavor to see to it that the services being rendered makes the recipient well rounded. 

10. This corporation shall see to it that it will develop a continuing program in accordance with the needs of the deprived citizen of the Philippines.
